Enemy Shelling Targets Stepanakert and Shushi, Civilian Casualties Reported
As a result of Azerbaijani shelling, there have been human losses, including civilians, in Stepanakert and Shushi. Vahram Poghosyan, spokesperson for the President of the Republic of Artsakh, reported this to Armenpress.
“Unfortunately, there are civilian casualties and wounded individuals in Stepanakert and Shushi,” Poghosyan stated.
