Don't Close Your Eyes: The President of Artsakh to the International Community
“This is brutal evidence of the military crimes committed by Azerbaijan against the peaceful civilian population of Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh, supported by Turkey, which the international community must acknowledge. Don't close your eyes,” stated the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, as he shared footage of the shelling of Stepanakert on his Facebook page.
