Artsakh Defense Army Denies Azerbaijani Fake News About Striking Mingachevir Reservoir
The Artsakh Defense Army does not see any reason or necessity to strike the Mingachevir Reservoir. In a conversation with Armenpress, the press secretary of the Artsakh President, Vahram Poghosyan stated: "This is another fabrication by Azerbaijan, as we do not see any reason or necessity to strike the Mingachevir Reservoir."
