Stepanakert Under Missile Attack

The capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert, has been subjected to a missile attack. As of 11:00 AM, a reporter from Armenpress reports that civilian infrastructure has once again come under fire from Azerbaijani armed forces. At least three explosions were heard.

Details are still emerging. The adversary had also struck towards Stepanakert on October 2. As a result of the attacks launched by Azerbaijan on the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert, there are casualties among the civilian population. The missile strikes in the evening of October 2 resulted in 1 death and 4 injuries. The population of Stepanakert has not been evacuated.
