Ministry of Health Calls to Refrain from Arbitrary Actions Prompted by Willingness to Cross Borders for Medical Assistance

In the context of martial law in Armenia and Artsakh, a series of restrictions and regulations have been implemented for security reasons starting from October 2 at 14:00. In particular, to ensure uninterrupted communication between Armenia and Artsakh and to alleviate traffic congestion, the exit of individuals and vehicles from Armenia to Artsakh is restricted, except for transportation needs of the Defense Army and the Artsakh government. This was announced by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.

The Ministry of Health once again calls to refrain from arbitrary actions prompted by the willingness to cross borders for medical assistance. Health workers and medical teams are urged to cooperate and discuss any such initiative with the Ministry of Health to work in a coordinated manner. Based on security protocols, no actions should be undertaken without permission.

The Ministry of Health emphasizes the importance of everyone's support and encourages working together in a united manner to effectively coordinate the provision of medical assistance, while not endangering the safety and health of our fellow citizens.
