Despite the aggressor being Azerbaijan, Armenia has signaled that it wishes to work with all parties to cease the conflict. This was stated by U.S. Congressman Frank Pallone on his Twitter microblog.

"Despite the aggressor being Azerbaijan, Armenia has signaled that it wishes to work with all parties to cease the conflict. Azerbaijan and Turkey must immediately stop the senseless violence and also sit down at the negotiation table," wrote Frank Pallone.

The U.S. Congressman also mentioned that "Armenia will work with the OSCE to establish a ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh."
