Create a Department for Labor Legislation Oversight; Prime Minister Signs New Decision

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision amending and supplementing his June 11, 2018, decision No. 755-L.

According to the decision, governed by Article 9, Part 1, Points 1 and 2, Part 3, and Article 21, Parts 1 and 2 of the Law on Administrative Legal Relations and Article 33 of the Law on Normative Legal Acts:

1. The Department for Labor Legislation Oversight is to be established within the structure of the Health and Labor Inspection Body of the Republic of Armenia as determined by the Prime Minister's decision of June 11, 2018.
2. The Department for Labor Oversight will be merged with the Department for Labor Legislation Oversight.
3. In connection with this, the following changes will be made in the annex to the decision:
1. Recognize Point 27, Subpoint 5 as invalid.
2. Supplement Point 27 with a new content for Subpoint 10: “10) Department for Labor Legislation Oversight.”
