Azerbaijan is using long-range precision missiles and has intensified the targeting and destruction of civilian centers, attempting to cause significant damage to humanitarian and environmental infrastructure. This was reported by the Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, who added that this is officially confirmed by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia and the Defense Army of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
