What Are Protective Structures? Explained by the Ministry of Emergency Situations Representative
Protective structures include basements, semi-basements, metro systems, underground facilities, underground parking lots, and depending on the terrain, also water pipes and other developed structures and recesses. This was reported by Edan Sngryan, the head of the civil protection department of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations.
