The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, wrote on his Facebook page:
"Dear compatriots, yesterday evening, accompanied by Foreign Minister Masis Mayilyan, I visited the Le Monde journalists injured in Martuni due to the shelling by Azerbaijani armed forces: Rafael Charles Yagobzadeh and Alan Kaval. Thanks to the quick and professional work of our doctors, their lives are no longer in danger."
