As battles continue along the borders of Artsakh, the intensity of the fighting generally decreases during the night but never fully stops. Artur Hovhannisyan stated during a press conference today that at noon Azerbaijan can be said to have utilized its entire arsenal, implying that there was no weapon in their military inventory that hasn't been used during this period.

Hovhannisyan noted that for six days now, fighting has been ongoing 24 hours a day, on land, in the air, and in the virtual domain. He pointed out that if the adversary had captured any settlements, then throughout these days their greatest achievement would not just be the two vehicles they showcased.

He expressed concern that there is an impression that the opposing forces are often 'under medication'.
