Support Collection for Artsakh Needs to be Conducted Through Territorial Management and Local Self-Governments - Batoyan
In the framework of the legal regime of martial law, in order to centralize and systematize the process of coordinating social and material support provided to Artsakh, we kindly ask that no initiatives be undertaken to collect food, medications, and other supplies, as well as to create hotlines and other service processes,” stated the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Zaruhi Batoyan, on her Facebook page.
“We ask that the collection of support for the needs of Artsakh be conducted exclusively through territorial management and local self-government bodies. We remind you that during the martial law, the hotlines are operational, including the hotline 117. You can call this number for all inquiries related to martial law, except for issues related to the Ministry of Defense.
