Stepanakert City Is Not Being Evacuated, Several Villages Have Been Evacuated: Grigori Martirosyan

The Prime Minister of the Artsakh Republic and head of the operational headquarters, Grigori Martirosyan, addressed the rumors of an evacuation of Stepanakert during a press conference, stating that this information is misinformation.

"I officially declare that Stepanakert city is not being evacuated. Several villages that are near the border and located a few kilometers from the front line have been evacuated. The decision regarding the evacuation of Stepanakert city will be made in case of the emergence of substantiated circumstances," Martirosyan stated.
