Residents of Lenkoran City Boycott Aliyev's Military Draft Order

Azeri media platforms are reporting that the residents of Lenkoran, a city with a significant Talysh population, are boycotting Aliyev’s order for military conscription. Notably, on October 1, data regarding hundreds of Talysh and Lezgian casualties was reported by the spokesperson for the Artsakh President, Vahram Poghosyan, who noted that Azerbaijan is once again using its indigenous peoples for its own expansionist ambitions. Azerbaijan is doomed to fail from within.
