The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, Arayik Harutyunyan, is in Stepanakert. The minister shares this information on his Facebook page: "Yesterday when I was in Stepanakert, one of the children in the shelters said during our conversation, ‘It's not surprising that we are in Stepanakert even during bombardments and missile attacks; so who is supposed to celebrate victory?’ These children are a victorious generation, just like their fathers and grandfathers. They do not know what it means to lose."
