Investigative Committee Officials Prepare for Draft

The President of the Republic of Armenia's Investigative Committee, Hayk Grigoryan, held an operational consultation today, October 2, with the participation of the leadership of the Investigative Committee and the heads of its structural divisions.

Before the consultation began, the attendees honored the memory of the soldiers who died for the Homeland and the civilian casualties resulting from military operations with a minute of silence.

The consultation focused on the operational situation in the Artsakh-Azerbaijan contact line and the Armenian state border, created by the military actions unleashed by the Azerbaijani side. In this context, several issues regarding the draft and mobilization of the staff of the Investigative Committee were discussed.

“Today, we must all be like one person, stand by our army, be strong, unwavering, and unyielding. We are all ready to sacrifice our lives for the defense of the Homeland. We will put every effort into achieving victory both on the battlefield and during our service in the rear. We have performed our duties diligently in peaceful times, and we will do even better in a wartime situation,” emphasized the President of the Investigative Committee, adding that the officials are to report to the territorial units of the Ministry of Defense for draft and mobilization and await the call-up.

At the end of the meeting, Hayk Grigoryan issued several assignments and instructions regarding the normal operation and coordination of the Investigative Committee.

This was reported on the Facebook page of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
