Electricity, Gas, Phone: No Utility Disconnections in Artsakh, Says Grigori Martirosyan

The State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh and head of the operational headquarters, Grigori Martirosyan, addressed the issue of utility payments for electricity, gas, and telephone services during a press conference.

He stated, “Taking into account the numerous problems that have arisen, there will be no disconnections for the residents of the Republic of Artsakh in case of non-payment for utilities. In this regard, the companies have provided sufficient assistance.”
