Military expert Karen Hovhannisyan wrote on his Facebook page, "Azerbaijanis living abroad are claiming in the comments section that they are bringing as many people as possible to the front line, often without weapons. Meanwhile, citizens from well-paid countries are trying to manage combat operations from a distance. This situation has caused great dissatisfaction. Now, Baku's dictator is also being blamed for not preparing competent officers and for bringing in foreign commanders for a high salary from other countries.
There are reports that residents of certain settlements have been evacuated, which had not even been evacuated during the 1990s. The panic atmosphere is evident from posts and comments doubting the official announcements coming from Azerbaijan.
