Artsakh President Awards Combat Cross to Soldiers

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed decrees on October 2 to award soldiers for their bravery.

In recognition of their exceptional courage and valor while defending the state border during the large-scale military operations unleashed by the adversary on September 27, 2020, one soldier of the Artsakh Defense Army was awarded the Combat Cross of the 1st degree, and eleven soldiers received the Combat Cross of the 2nd degree.

Additionally, ten soldiers were awarded the Medal for Courage, and seven reservists were posthumously awarded the Medal for Combat Service, along with nineteen soldiers of the Artsakh Defense Army.
