No Relocation of Peaceful Population in Artsakh: Artur Hovhannisyan

During a press conference earlier today, Artur Hovhannisyan addressed concerns from the public regarding housing for those in need. He noted that many people have approached him, expressing their willingness to offer shelters and residences to those requiring assistance.

“We have received numerous requests, including personally to me, regarding the provision of apartments and shelters. I want to clarify that there is no such necessity at the moment. If such a need arises, you will officially be informed. The relevant authorities will work on this matter and will specify how many guesthouses or shelters would be necessary based on the demographics and population numbers. For now, there is no such situation, as there is no mass relocation happening. The relocation of the peaceful population is not occurring,” he stated.
