Enemy Begins Active Shelling Along the Entire Contact Line; Stepanakert Also Under Fire

This was reported by Vahram Poghosyan, the press secretary of the President of Artsakh, on his Facebook page. He stated, "This morning, the enemy has begun active shelling along the entire contact line. Civilian areas are also being targeted, including the capital Stepanakert. We call on the population to take cover. At the same time, we declare that our response will be proportional, and the full responsibility for the situation lies with the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan and personally with Ilham Aliyev."
