Fighting Continues with Varying Intensity, Martakert and Surrounding Communities Shelled

Fighting continues with varying intensity, and the city of Martakert along with surrounding communities has come under shelling. This was announced by Artsrun Hovhannisyan during a press briefing, who added that the Armenian side has successfully repelled attacks, inflicting significant losses on the adversary.

Hovhannisyan noted that large-scale offensives in the southern direction have been pushed back, resulting in the Azerbaijani side losing 10-11 armored vehicles, primarily tanks. Enemy forces have been pushed back to their original positions. The situation in that direction is relatively calm, with light skirmishes ongoing. Fighting continues in other areas.

Throughout the day, artillery use has been quite active, and Armenian settlements in the northern region have also been shelled, with representatives of the media coming under fire in Martakert.
