“We call on all external and internal players to show maximum restraint, including in terms of rhetoric. It is necessary to be extremely cautious now to achieve an immediate ceasefire and to bring the parties back to the negotiating table. Russia, as a co-chair country of the OSCE Minsk Group, has been actively participating in this process since 1991. We intend to continue to stay in touch with all partners,” said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko, as reported by TASS agency.
