Artsakh National Assembly President Artur Tovmasyan wrote on his Facebook page: "The extraordinary session of the Artsakh National Assembly has just concluded. The agenda item was the undeclared war unleashed by Azerbaijan against the Republic of Artsakh.

The President of Artsakh presented the situation and provided directives. Statements will be made shortly by the President of Artsakh, parliamentary factions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Dear compatriots, the war is being controlled by the Supreme Commander of the country. There is no political disagreement in the National Assembly of Artsakh; we are united on issues concerning the security of our homeland. We will win this sacred war. The Armenian armed forces are capable of halting the enemy's offensive in a short time, pushing it back into the enemy's territory. Evidence of this is the war from 1992-1994 and the Tavanosh local war. God bless our homeland. God protect our soldier."
