Please Pay Attention to Shelters, Vayots Dzor Governor

Residents of border communities, I urge you to pay attention to the arrangement of shelters and the necessary material-technical preparedness.

This was stated by Vayots Dzor Governor Ararat Grigoryan on his Facebook page.

“Dear Vayots Dzor residents, as reported by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Azerbaijani forces have launched an attack toward Artsakh this morning. Taking into account the fact that Vayots Dzor is bordering, I find it necessary to mention that the situation within our province's borders is controllable and stable. The Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia are monitoring the situation at all border areas of Armenia and Artsakh and are providing an adequate response when necessary.

I urge all our compatriots to remain vigilant, not to fall for provocations and misinformation found online, and to follow only official news outlets. I ask our fellow citizens in border communities to focus on the arrangement of shelters and the necessary material-technical preparedness once again. I urge you to remain alert without panicking and to trust our powerful ARMY. Vayots Dzor residents stand with the people of Artsakh; we are strong together, and victory is ours. Long live our homeland, long live our powerful Army,” he wrote.
