Minister of Defense David Tonoyan Discusses Situation with OSCE Representative Andrzej Kasprzyk
The Minister of Defense of Armenia, David Tonoyan, held a phone conversation with Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office. The Minister presented the current situation at the border and informed that Azerbaijan has unleashed another provocation.
