During Martial Law, Organization and Holding of Gatherings and Strikes is Prohibited

The Armenian government has published the annex to decision number 1586-N, made on September 27, 2020, detailing the measures applicable during the declared martial law, as well as the temporary restrictions on rights and freedoms, and the measures and bodies ensuring the legal regime of martial law.

According to this decision, the organization, holding, and participation in gatherings and strikes is prohibited throughout the entire territory of the Republic of Armenia.
