Starting October 1, Tap Water in Yerevan and Several Regions Will Be Supplied Hourly

Veolia Water CJSC has issued a statement announcing a transition to hourly water supply.

The published water supply schedule for the upcoming months has been compiled considering the current technical capabilities of Veolia Water CJSC and meets the minimum requirements for drinking water supply set by the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission. It will be in effect from October 1, 2020, to April 30, 2021, inclusive.

For additional information on the published schedules, you can contact the Veolia Water CJSC Call Center (tel: 1-85, 011.300-185, 0-800-00-185 - toll-free), visit the official website veolia.am, or go to the offices of the customer service (addresses: Yerevan, Abovyan 66a, Azatutyun 24, Erebuni 5, Lvovyan 2, Fuchik 1/3; Gyumri, Dudko 1; Vanadzor, N. Stepanyan 2), as well as through the payment receipts that indicate the water supply schedule for each subsequent month.

Veolia Water CJSC reminds that in case of accidents in the internal network of apartment buildings, it is necessary to contact the relevant homeowners' association, the building's authorized representative, the municipality, or the administrative district staff. Individual homeowners are obliged to rectify accidents themselves.
