In the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction, chaired by Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan, the hearing on the National Security Service investigator's motion to detain the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan, has concluded.

Moments ago, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party left the court, announcing that the decision would be made public today at 23:00.

"My mood is very high. Today at 23:00, everything is done very quickly," said the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party.

The hearing on Tsarukyan's measure of restraint was scheduled for September 23, but the defense did not appear at the court session, asserting that they were not properly notified.
