David Tonoyan is on a working visit to Russia
The Minister of Defense of Armenia, David Tonoyan, is on a working visit to the Russian Federation. The head of the defense department will attend the main phase of the "Caucasus-2020" strategic command and staff exercises taking place today at the "Kapustin Yar" training ground in Volgograd. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Shushan Stepanyan.
