In August, job positions increased by about 5000 compared to July

The State Revenue Committee informs that based on the data reflected in the monthly report on income tax and social security contributions submitted by taxpayers, the indicators for August 2020 have been summarized, according to the Committee's information and public relations department.

Specifically, the number of job positions providing income (tax base) in August 2020 amounted to about 618 thousand, which is an increase of approximately 5 thousand compared to July 2020, and a rise of 13.4 thousand compared to August 2019.

At the same time, in August 2020, the income per job position (tax base) has also increased compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching around 202 thousand drams, compared to last year's 188 thousand drams.
