It is reminded that Malakyan was detained due to an incident that occurred on August 30 in Cascade. According to law enforcement agencies, two young men had engaged in a struggle with police officers. These two young men had been shouting insults for a long period of time, and one of them pulled and ripped off a shoulder patch from one of the police officers. According to the preliminary investigation, during the argument, one of them punched a police officer in the face, causing bodily harm.
