Criminal Cases Against Heads of Departments: The Noose Tightens Around the Mayor of Gyumri

The newspaper 'Zhamanak' reports that criminal cases have been initiated against several heads of departments within the Gyumri Municipality. They are accused of mismanaging and embezzling community budget funds. While Mayor Samvel Balasanyan is not among the accused, the noose is tightening around him.
