Armenian Doctor Awarded Putin's Medal for Contribution to Fight Against Coronavirus
Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded state honors to 20 doctors for their contributions to the fight against coronavirus. Among the awarded doctors is Armayis Kamalov, the director of the university clinic of Moscow State University.
These awards were established by President Putin just a few months ago. Armayis Kamalov was born to a family of Armenian-Tbilisi descent and moved to Moscow after finishing school.
