The President of Azerbaijan stated yesterday that the negotiations have failed and that the blame lies with the leadership of Armenia. "Well, if he doesn't negotiate, then they don't exist for him. Well, he's not going to blame himself. He has to blame himself, he is blaming the Armenian side," said Armenia's Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan during a conversation with reporters at the Yerablur military pantheon.
