David Tonoyan Responds to Serzh Sargsyan

The guarantor of independence is not only the army but also the people and the Armed Forces of Armenia born from its womb. This was stated by Defense Minister David Tonoyan in a conversation with journalists at Yerablur.

In response to a question about how he interprets Serzh Sargsyan's statement, who spoke about the large number of servicemen awarded after the Tavush incidents, Tonoyan said that the awards were undoubtedly justified.
