A Citizen Discovers Shell Near His Garden in Nerkin Karmiraghbyur

On September 20, at 16:52, the Tavush regional crisis management center received a report that a citizen in the village of Nerkin Karmiraghbyur had noticed a shell near his garden. This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).

A team from the Tavush special facilities protection fire and rescue unit of the MES Civil Defense Department was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers cordoned off the area with safety tape and maintained a watch until the arrival of police personnel.
