Shots Fired in Yerevan: Argument Outside 'Dvin' Hotel Ends with Gunfire
Shots were fired in Yerevan tonight at midnight. The central police department received a report that shots had been fired in front of the 'Dvin' hotel located on Paronyan Street.
According to shamshyan.com, investigators at the scene discovered an unidentified gun's magazine containing 8 rounds of 9mm ammunition, 1 live 9mm round, and 1 9mm cartridge.
It has been established that a 33-year-old Yerevan resident, Gegham K., exhibited blatant disrespect toward the public and grossly violated public order, firing shots from an unidentified firearm at 27-year-old Davit P., as well as at several unidentified individuals.
The police are undertaking the necessary operational-search and investigative actions to locate Davit P., Gegham K., and other individuals involved. A criminal case has been initiated in connection with the incident, and a technical examination has been ordered by the investigator.
