Garinegin Nzhdeh Square to be Greened and Designed with Shrubs for Yerevan Residents

In Yerevan's Garinegin Nzhdeh Square, low-quality soil is being removed in preparation for Independence Day. This has been reported by the Municipal Greenery and Environmental Protection Organization.

“Shengavit Administrative District: It’s Garinegin Nzhdeh Square. Low-quality soil is being removed from the 450 square meter green area and is being leveled. Ahead of Independence Day, the square will be completely greened and will present designed shrubs to the residents of Yerevan,” reads the announcement.
