The Constitutional Court of Armenia has confirmed that Judge Hrayr Tovmasyan has participated in all scheduled procedural and Constitutional Court sessions. According to the announcement, after returning from vacation granted in June of this year, Mr. Tovmasyan has attended all assigned sessions of the Constitutional Court (on August 7, 18, 25, September 1, 15, and 18). Therefore, the mentioned information is inaccurate.
