Armenian Center in San Francisco Attacked

The Armenian center adjacent to the St. Gregory the Illuminator Church in San Francisco has been attacked. According to the "Asbarez" publication, significant material damage has been inflicted due to the fire. The center houses the "Vaspurakan" hall and the offices of the church and local organizations.

It has been noted that the board of trustees of St. Gregory the Illuminator Church and community leadership will work with the city's firefighters and law enforcement agencies to investigate the attack motivated by national hatred.

Previously, Azerbaijanis and Turks had attacked the San Francisco Grousian-Zakaryan-Vaspurakan National School and the adjacent Armenian center, writing insults and depicting the colors of the Azerbaijani flag on the walls.
