1 Person Dies From COVID-19 in the Last 24 Hours

As of September 18, at 11:00 AM, a total of 46,910 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed, of which 42,369 have recovered, and 926 have resulted in death. Currently, 3,330 patients are undergoing treatment for the illness. A total of 255,927 tests have been conducted.

Yesterday, 3,769 tests were carried out, resulting in 239 new confirmed cases of coronavirus, with 138 recoveries reported.

Regarding the death case, the Ministry of Health reports that the patient was a 45-year-old man with accompanying chronic illnesses. The previous day, 2 deaths were recorded where patients tested positive for coronavirus, but the cause of death was attributed to other health conditions. The total number of such cases stands at 285.
