Restrictions Lifted in Norashen Community

Temporary restrictions implemented in the Norashen community of Martuni region have been lifted. This was reported on the Facebook page of the Information Headquarters of Artsakh.

The corresponding decision was signed by the Minister of Emergency Situations, Territorial Administration, and Development, Jirair Mirzoyan.
