2 People Die from COVID-19 in the Last Day, Aged 66 and 84

As of September 17 at 11:00 AM, a total of 46,671 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed, of which 42,231 have recovered, and 925 have resulted in death. Currently, there are 3,232 patients receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 252,158 tests have been conducted.

Yesterday, 4,319 tests were conducted, resulting in 295 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease, along with 162 recoveries.

Regarding the fatalities, the Ministry of Health reports that the patients were 84 years old (female) and 66 years old (male). Both had accompanying chronic diseases.
