Citizen Electrocuted While Fishing in Artsakh
On September 15, at 18:35, a report was received at the Artsakh police station in Martuni about a body found in the area known as "Zargarr". Upon investigation, it was determined that on the same day, around 16:30, a resident of the Martuni region, born in 1956, R. H., was electrocuted while fishing in the Ishkhanaget River using a gasoline generator.
The Artsakh Investigative Committee is handling the case.
