Eight Teachers at Noyemberyan Primary School and One at High School Infected with Coronavirus

In Noyemberyan city of Tavush province, there have been confirmed cases of coronavirus infection among eight teachers at the primary school and one teacher at the high school. This was reported by Lurer.com.

The director of Noyemberyan High School, Susanna Budaghyan, confirmed in an interview with the media that the test result for the school’s computer science teacher was positive. “He came to school yesterday and, upon learning of his test result, immediately went home and self-isolated. We didn’t even have a chance to interact, despite the fact that we were all wearing masks and had sanitized. He doesn’t even know where he got infected from; he suspects it might be from an incident at a school in Gyumri that was a mistake. Therefore, the teacher requested to have a repeat test done, but since it is expensive, he didn’t do it as he couldn’t afford it,” Budaghyan said.
