“Dear compatriots,
Yesterday, a new draft law was introduced, according to which citizens of Armenia who are over 27 years old and have not completed mandatory military service, and are under criminal prosecution, can be exempted from criminal prosecution by paying the salary of a contractual serviceman for two years. Furthermore, after paying the aforementioned amount and being exempt from criminal prosecution, those individuals will be eligible to receive a full refund of the amount paid if they complete two years of contractual military service within the next three years, as well as the opportunity to enter public service.”
