Personnel Changes in the Police Department: Vahe Ghazaryan Makes New Appointments
On September 9, personnel changes took place within the police system under the orders of Vahe Ghazaryan, Chief of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the order from the Chief of Police, Arthur Fishyan was relieved of his position as head of the 6th unit combating pickpocketing in the Criminal Investigation Department of the Yerevan police. By another order from V. Ghazaryan, A. Fishyan was appointed as the deputy head of operational matters for the Vagharshapat police department.
In another order, Robert Ginoyan was dismissed from the position of head of the Vardenis police department and registered in the police personnel reserve. According to another order from the Chief of Police, Armen Gasparyan, who was registered in the police personnel reserve, was appointed as the head of the Vardenis police department, while Igor Mesropyan was appointed as the head of the Gavar police department.
According to the source, the latter individuals are considered operatives within the police system, and in the subdivisions they have worked in, they have mastered the operational situation, having numerous cases not only of discovering crimes but also of preventing them.
