One New Case of Coronavirus Confirmed in Artsakh

According to information provided by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh, one new case of coronavirus (COVID-19) has been confirmed in the Republic. The infected individual is from the city of Stepanakert. Efforts are ongoing to identify the source of the infection and to determine the contacts of the patient.

Six citizens have recovered. To date, a total of 317 people have been confirmed with the new coronavirus, of which 283 have overcome the illness. Currently, 32 individuals are receiving treatment, and a total of 49 citizens are in isolation.

Doctors evaluate the health status of 5 patients as serious, while 4 are classified as moderate severity. A total of 131 samples have been taken for testing. As of today, 12,502 sample tests have been conducted.
