Turkish-Azerbaijani Joint Military Exercises Ongoing in Post-Tavush Period

The head of the 'Hankat' analytical center, Tigran Abrahamyan, stated on his Facebook page that Turkish-Azerbaijani joint military exercises have been continuously ongoing in the post-Tavush period. The major phase took place from July 29 to August 13, but since then various tactical training sessions and exercises have continued under different packages and of varying scales.

Although information regarding the scale of these exercises, the military equipment involved, and personnel is not frequently published in full, or in some cases inflated, it is evident that the Turkish-Azerbaijani relations are undergoing a transformation in the post-Tavush phase, entering a deeper level of cooperation and development.

This leads to the conclusion that not only the facts of joint military exercises indicate this, but also the noticeable deepening of cooperation in other military, political, and economic spheres, along with intensifying negotiations.
